Our local Board of Realtors issued a press statement today with March 2013 stats. March sales of single family homes & condominiums
in Exeter, Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, New Castle, Newfields,
Newington, North Hampton, Newmarket, Portsmouth, Rye, Seabrook
and Stratham continued on a positive pace last month! Both Condo and
single family sales rose an identical 12.5% from 2012.
The Bottom Line: Demand remains
very strong and low inventories are driving sales right now.
It's Time to get serious about Buying and Selling!
