And Now This...

Portsmouth, NH - December 13, 2019

I've done it!  After 25+ years working as a Sales Associate under a couple of the finest Real Estate Brokerages in the NH Seacoast area, I have taken my NH real estate profession to the next level.  I have teamed up with with my long time colleague/friend and owner of Seaside Real Estate, Patti Krukoff and am assuming the Principal Broker position within her firm.  Together we bring more than 50 years combined experienced providing Real Estate Brokerage services along the New Hampshire Seacoast. (I am and have been a Broker in Maine for almost as many years.)
Patti and I both have a passion for what we do, and we do it very well together. My area of specialty lies in the Residential marketplace, assisting first-time and repeat buyers, sellers of single family, condo, 1-4 family and land sales. My marketing and management skills that are focused on ensuring that internal and external clients and customers are serviced with the highest level of expertise and professionalism. Patti specializes in Business and Commercial Brokerage where her years as a service industry owner and entrepreneur have provided her with a keen insight as to what makes a good investment and how to assist clients maximize their bottom line. From condo association management, restaurant financials, property management to vacation rental offerings.
Bringing people together and loving what we do seems to be the thread that has pulled us together once again.
In an age where anyone can find anything that relates to real estate just by clicking on a few links on the internet, it's knowing what to do with that information and how to make make it work for you that we are interested in.
