So Maine 3rd Qtr Home Sales 
 Southern Maine Coastal 3rd Quarter Home Sales Report for 7 Select towns. As a coastal Real Estate Brokerage firm we serve the Southern most areas of Maine, all of coastal New Hampshire and the Northern most coastal areas of MA.  We monitor and evaluate market trends for those communities in which we serve in order to better serve you- Our clients and Customers.  Check out the latest Sales activity for the border towns below.
Compared to the same quarter last year –  5 of 7 towns saw more homes sold.  4 of 7 towns had higher Average Sale Prices.  5 of the 7 town were on the market fewer days  and 2 of the 7 towns experienced higher List to Sale Ratio over 2014. Click on the towns below for each towns breakdown.
