I've tallied up the Hyper Local market for 4th Quarter sales figures in Select Seacoast NH Towns (Year end numbers are being compiled now and are forth coming).
Overall the 4th quarter looked pretty good compared to the same time last year. There were a total 510 *Single Family Homes Sold during the quarter - During Q4 -
Half of the towns surveyed had more homes sold
Three quarters of the towns had an increase in the Average Sale price
Days on Market fewer
List to Sale Ratios ranged from 93% to 100%.
And multiple offers on homes were not uncommon in several communities.
